Bayan Jaber is a highly skilled professional in educational psychology and applied behavior analysis. She is committed to helping people improve their lives through careful behavior intervention and education strategies. Bayan has both a Master’s degree in Education Psychology/BCBA and a B.A. in Criminal Justice, which give her a strong foundation in education and behavior analysis.
Bayan has many certifications and qualifications that make her an expert. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavioral Analyst in Michigan. She is also certified in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS assessments. In addition, she is certified in CPR and First Aid. These qualifications show her dedication to her job and her commitment to excellence.
Bayan is the Regional Clinical Director/BCBA for Discovery ABA Therapy in the N.C. East Region. Since March 2024, she has been overseeing clinical supervisory and case management activities. She is also involved in outreach and business development efforts, which have helped expand service areas and improve community engagement. Bayan is an excellent leader who has significantly impacted her field.
