Overall Terms and Conditions

All submissions must comply with these terms to be accepted.

Acceptable

  • Web sites with Unique Content
  • English language Websites offering products and services available to people in US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Websites out side the USA must indicate origin by including UK, CA, NZ, or AU in the title or description.
  • Base URLs Only or Substantial Content for Deep Links

Not Acceptable

  • Cloaking, Doorway Pages, FFA pages, Mirror Sites, Redirects, or anything we think may be SPAM
  • Illegal, violent, or hate sites
  • Adult, Gambling, Online Pharmacy, Fake Diploma, or Tobacco Sites
  • Under construction sites. Web Site Must be completely finished
  • IP Address URLs
  • Free domain web sites such as (geocites, angelfire, etc.)
  • Sites featuring mostly affiliate links without unique content
  • Websites delivering Spyware. (Does not apply to spyware removal software)

Additional: We reserve the right to remove any web site at any time. We reserve the right to change any submitted information. You agree to allow Bigall.com to contact you about your web site approval, rejection, or renewal status. Bigall.com will not contact you for any other purposes nor will we provide your data to any party outside of Bigall, Inc.. We reserve the right to reject a submission that we feel is not suitable content for the directory. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change our directory format at any time. Computer automated submissions are not allowed. If an organization repeatedly submits ineligible web sites and has been notified, further ineligible submissions will not be refunded.

  • Your Listing will be Permanent. We will make any updates to your listing for free for the first 90 days. After 90 days, there will be a $5 Fee for changing any listing information. There is no annual renewal fee.
  • Title = Your Domain Name plus a Maximum of 2 Descriptive Words
  • Relevant Category Listing
  • NEW Contact Information is Required: You must include at least one of the folowing contact methods: phone, address, or email. Choose at least one method.
  • Reviewed within 5 Business Days
  • Submission Fee is Refundable if not accepted or for any reason within 30 Days
  • Price: $14.95

What if you paid and your web site is not accepted? You have three options.

  1. If you change your web site to comply, we will re-review your web-site.
  2. You may submit another web site for review in place of your original submission.
  3. If all else fails, we will refund you 100% of your submission fee. In all fairness, we don't want to keep all of your money if your site is rejected.
